Information About the Security School Training Process
To work as an individual offering security services in the state of Florida, you must complete the requisite 40 hours of security guard training and certify for the Class D security license. Students interested in potentially working as armed security professionals must additionally complete the 28 hour Class G security license course and prove firearm proficiency on a firing range. At our security school, students will learn access control, physical security, and emergency procedures. In our armed Class G security license training, they can expect to learn firearms safety, marksmanship, mechanics, and qualify on the shooting range with our highly experienced and engaging trainers.
